What is the PDF organiser?
Organising a PDF means changing its pages rather than its contents: turning a sideways scan upright, removing a blank or duplicate page, or moving a page that ended up in the wrong place. It's the tidying-up step between scanning a document and sending it to someone. Slashit's organiser runs entirely in your browser, so a scanned contract, passport copy or medical letter is never uploaded — most free PDF sites send the whole file to their servers before they touch a single page. Rotation is applied per page, so a document where only some sheets came out sideways can be fixed without disturbing the rest.

Rotate all is for uniform scans
If every sheet came out sideways the same way, one click fixes the whole document.
“Was” tells you where a page came from
After reordering, each card still shows its original page number, so it's easy to check you moved the right one.
Rotation adds to what's already there
A page saved at 90° that you turn once more ends up at 180°, which is what you'd expect from a viewer.
Deleting a page is not redaction
The page is gone entirely, but text hidden behind a black box on a page you keep is still readable. Use a proper redaction tool for that.
Common problems and how to fix them
The PDF won't load
It's most likely password-protected. Open it in your PDF reader, save an unlocked copy, and add that instead.
My rotation didn't seem to apply
Rotation is written into the downloaded file, not the page list. Open the saved PDF to see the result.
I deleted the wrong page
Click Reset to restore every page in its original order, then start again — nothing is written until you download.
I need to combine this with another file
Organise each file first, then use the Merge PDF tool to join the results.

How do I rotate a PDF page?
Add the PDF, then use the ↺ or ↻ button on the page you want to turn. Each click rotates it 90°, and the change is saved when you download.
Can I delete pages from a PDF for free?
Yes. Click Delete on any page card, then Apply changes to download a PDF without it. There's no sign-up and no page limit.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The file is read and rewritten in your browser, so it never leaves your device.
Does reordering reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as-is with no re-compression, so text and images are identical to the original.
Can I undo my changes?
Yes — Reset restores the original page order and rotation. Your source file is never modified either way.
